Redcat Gen 8 Jeep Heavy Duty Bumper (SCX10 Clone Compatible)

Hi guys, This is a heavy duty bush bumper for the Redcat Gen 8 or an SCX10 clone. I mounted it over the frame rails with 2 screws going up through the stock bumper mount but I included a variety of mounts to use with the bumper. Printing the mount out of flexible filament like TPU will provide high durability. The bumper itself is pretty tough but the outer bars will be a weakness unless you print with flexible filament. Mount kit: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4617755 The Jeep body I'm using is a Chinese cheapo that is a little short for a typical 1/10 scale crawler, so I set up this bumper to sit over the frame rails. For a longer body, you will probably need to use one of the mounts I included. They fit into the bumper and are attached with M2.5x6-8mm screws or glue (or both). Width is 180mm, so you'll probably want to stretch it for a typical truck body. Uprights as pictured are 78mm to the outside edges. V2 has the uprights 10mm closer together. BMP6_200 is 200mm wide for use with a truck body. Use at your own risk. Wrench to drive or drive to wrench?
