Redesigned hotend v1.4 for FuseBox 1.4

After revising the [cooling tube](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1749897) for my hotend, I found that its cooling performance was still unsatisfactory despite the redesign. To ensure a similar printable area while addressing the issue, this hotend incorporates two vertically-blowing 40mm fans. All dimensions of the FuseBox 1.4 design remain unchanged. Unless removal of your old carriage necessitates it, you won't need to disassemble the FuseBox to install this new hotend.
