This is a design I made in Solidworks in order to fit the pattern in to the required frame dimensions. The model tree structure is a little messy, but the final part has all the information I needed to build this. There are 6 unique segment pieces in the design: 2 shapes make up the body of the design and 4 shapes are modified to fit flush with the edges.
