Redmond Multicooker M4502E Latch

Modified M70 latch from MaViRa. For some reason, it came in 10x too big into Fusion360, so I scaled down x.10. I shaped the latch to fit my M250E in blender, so that's where the scale issue could have originated. As you can see from the photos, my print fits snuggly into the unit, so I had to file down the tip on one side to shorten and create a wedge shape to facilitate snapping the part into the machine. When I have a moment, I can incorporate the adjustments into the model. Update: 29Apri19 Shortened the pins on each end. Resizing/filing ends no longer necessary! Be careful when snapping in place. There is a groove on the multicooker for this purpose. Just when it feels like the part will snap, it popped in perfectly for me. The last one seemed to deform/shrink with the heat of the multicooker. Might be worth printing in material more tolerant to high temps than PLA. Update: 17May19 Works great until steam and heat warps the part. I got some sample ABS, so I'll try printing in that when I get a chance.
