Redox split mechanical keyboard - parametric tented case

thingiverse

A custom case for the [redox split mechanical keyboard](https://github.com/mattdibi/redox-keyboard). It's parametrically designed and the source Fusion 360 files are included. The STLs feature a 7 degree tenting angle, which can be changed in the source files. It will work with the stock wired Redox version, as long as you're soldering the switches, not building the hot-swappable version. That's because the PCB is attached to the case via the switches "clicked" into the top plate. I used a laser-cut steel top plate (using the redox_plate.dxf file), but you could use an aluminium one or just 3d print two copies of the plate (redox_plate.stl). The spacing is big enough to support an Arduino Pro Micro with the USB-C connection and a chunky magnetic cable, not just the regular micro USB. The supports are only needed for the small slots for the rubber legs on the bottom of the case. I will post a longer write-up about the build to [my blog](https://nietaki.com)
