<p>ReDuplicator converted to MGN12 rails on X and Z. New 90deg fan duct should allow 255mm max z height (I got 236mm with the 45deg)</p> <p>Most of the original STLs reused had small defects or didn't line up so I fixed those while I was at it. Fixed original files:</p> <p>Feet</p> <p>Part fan duct 45deg</p> <p>Part fan mount</p> <p>Y Idler</p> <p>Y motor mount</p> <p>Y rod holders (all)</p> <p>Y belt holder</p> <p>The belt holder in this and the original requires longer screws to work; at least 12mm if using the stock bed, with my 3mm aluminum bed I would need 14mm. I don't remember from building but I think most of the other screw lengths in the directions are wrong, so it's best to just get an assortment.</p> <p>Ideally you should get new y rods at 400mm and TR8x2 leadscrews, but they aren't necessary</p> <p>The screws that come with the titan aren't long enough to actually allow any mount, so you'll need 35mm screws and either print a 2-3mm spacer or stack washers under the screw head.</p> <p>Uses original heatserts</p> <p>Includes thumbwheels from here: <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:874155">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:874155</a></p> Category: 3D Printers
