Reduplicator with 10x15 drag chains

The original cable chains for the Wanhao I3 are very small and impossible to pull the servo leads through without disassembling the connector. So I switched to a 10x15 cable chain with small doors on each link that makes routing cables a breeze. If you are going to use the 10x15 cable chains you can use a sharp flush cutter to remove the the top or bottom of the Wanhao cable chain links. This allows the cables to be removed, BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO CUT ANY WIRES. I also added a cable chain to the Y-Axis. The mount to the carriage plate is designed for a specific carriage plate and may not work with yours. The photo showing the ReDup-Y-Axis-DragChain-10x15.stl attached to the Y Carriage plate is an older version, the current one is slightly longer to avoid contact with the heated build plate. The X Axis drag chain uses 21 Links, the last 2 connected to the rear bearing plate are flipped. The Z Axis drag chain is 19 Links. The Y Axis drag chain is 18 links, the last 2 connect to the y axis frame are flipped. The 10x15 link that connects to "DragChain-Male-10x15.stl" may need to have a small tab cut to allow the male connector to rotate. The small tab matches up with the two small notches on the male connector.
