For lower heights it's best to set up your slicer to print the exposed threads at 0.1-0.2 for better durability.</li> <li>Enable 'one at a time' in your slicer, then move parts apart to avoid extruder carriage collision. This setting will reduce stringing and other surface defects caused by travel and/or retractions.</li> </ul> <h3>Other tested settings</h3> <ul> <li>15%-18% infill</li> </ul> <h3>Sourcing prongs</h3> <ul> <li>The prongs pictured are 3D printer nozzle cleaning pins. Dimensions are 0.4mm for the diameter and ~34mm for the length of the pin portion.
