This thing is a replacement for the original plastic clips used by the juwel hiflex reflectors: https://www.juwel-aquarium.de/en/Products/Lighting/Reflectors-clips/HiFlex-reflectors/ Instead of a clip a cable tie is used. The cable tie should have a width of 2.5 mm. Longer cable ties (e.g. 150 mm) simplify the mounting of the reflectors.
