I didn't like the drawing so I made my own. Here is mine (minus the title block, which has company information on it). Feel free to be loosey-goosey with the tolerances but that is what I am aiming for. Instructions Mill out of whatever aluminum you can find. 7075 will give you a better flatness than 6061 if you can get it however.
