This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/hup97w9uKth I would recommend printing with 4 or more shells and printing >=50% infill for the screws. For the nuts, 3 shells and 25% infill should be fine. I've had these in use on my gate (all nuts except 1 had been lost in a move) and they've held up great for 6 months so far. Just screw on until it looks snug, but do not over tighten. All the screws I printed with 20% infill have eventually broken off at the threads due to over-tightening, but the 50% infill ones are doing great. YMMV, print more dense if you are having issues with strength. If your screws do snap off at the thread, I've removed the threaded portion from the gate easily by either jamming a screw driver into it and carefully twisting it out, or using pliers to grip and twist it. You generally won't be able to just use your fingers, FYI.
