A reinforced version of the original duct (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1850163) by supasorn, made after mine broke while I was installing the fans. Changes: Thickened outer wall of ducts from ~0.5mm to ~1.5mm Thickened main brace by 2mm (requires longer screws, or using the (untested) inset screw model) Added and modified fillets in several places to increase part strength All internal dimensions are the same, but it's much sturdier and has a lot less flex. It should work just as well as the original for cooling. Thanks to supasorn for making the original and releasing the Fusion360 file! Update: Recessed hole version tested by oberkorn! New photos, printed at 0.2mm layer height with fans enabled Print Settings Printer: Tevo Tarantula Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm (doesn't matter) Infill: 100% Notes: Print upside down! Took 60 minutes (estimated 52 minutes) at 50mm/s regular speed and 25mm/s outer wall speed sliced by Cura. Probably fine to run faster, my printer just wasn't quite tuned up. Mine printed much better with a raft but it should be alright without, given a levelled bed. How I Designed This Used Fusion360 file from original creator, went back through the timeline and press pulled the duct outer walls, added fillets in a few areas, increased fillet radius in others.
