Update: - While building a reserve glass/PEI with a glass plate from another vendor I had an issue with the washer not making good contact with the Glass due to the tight tolerances. I have published V2 here with a deeper depression for the washer to avoid the issue. =========== It has been a while since I remixed thing:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1127784 so I decided to take a different approach given a bed installation with a PEI plate. This design completely flushes with the surface of the bed and eliminates the risk of the glass sliding up for any reason (such as removing a stuck part). I used a fender washer and M3 screws with conic head. To flush the screw with the washer I used a conic bit to shape the washer. The PEI was then cut around the washer and the small piece of PEI removed. This new part also helps to slide in a cork or cardboard insulator under the heated pcb. There are two symmetrical STL's. Print 2 each. Hopefully the pictures explain the whole process well. If not let me know and I will clarify.
