Who hasn't had a headset headphone break where it bends, the insulating tape helps for a while but it doesn't take long for it to get damaged again. Design a small reinforcement piece that fits into the joint that breaks, it should fit snugly but to make it snap together I recommend using a heat gun to soften the PLA so you can give it the bend with your fingers being careful not to burn yourself. The piece is printed (if both sides are broken then it is printed 2 times).
