As new drum I used this one: https://www.ikea.com/at/de/p/ikea-365-dose-mit-deckel-glas-kunststoff-s19277767/ It's much cheaper than the old one and worldwide available ;D Furthermore I redesigned the gears for a quieter and smoother run. To use this kit you only need to change all moving parts of the existing polisher.
