Hello everyone! This is a monster that I created so that I could attach a quick-connect adapter to a Reliance-branded water jug. The jug is called the Aqua-tainer https://relianceoutdoors.com/products/aqua-tainer-4g-15l

I pillaged a few STLs on the ‘verse and two worked out for me I can’t seem to find them now, however.

This replaces the spigot and utilizes the OEM cap. You will need one 5/8in (#8 I believe) rubber washer. My example images are printed in Inland Tough PLA at .2mm layer height. It doesn't leak whatsoever. After leaving it out in the sun on the hottest week of the year... It softened and bent slightly. It works, but I am trying to reprint in ABS now.

100% infill should be used for water-tightness. Print in the orientation it is now so that the threads are accurate. Supports are needed, It's a little annoying to get the supports off, but oddly satisfying at the same time.
