Relocated Drawer Knob or Handle

Relocated Drawer Knob or Handle

prusaprinters

This is a drawer handle that can be relocated to the top (shallow or deep back) or the side of the drawer (no back). It can be printed fast (0.2 mm) with no supports. Print facing up as on the photo.

Two sizes are available (7 and 14 cm) along with 3 thickness options (2, 3 and 4 cm) for various drawer side-planks.

To install, just glue it using double-sided tape as the back lip ensures pull strength (you can screw it in place also, especially if you experiment with side drawer positioning).

The thickness is 2mm so looser drawer gaps are ideal. If You have tighter gaps, I suggest using negative volume in the slicer software and just subtracting the amount needed (will post thinner variants if needed).

Last but not least. If You are relocating from a central drawer knob, it is up to You, how You will hide the knob screw-hole ;) Be imaginative.
