A Remembrance Day poppy that's remains faithful to the original whilst looking just little more bling. Please ensure you buy a real one as well or contribute to the cause in some other way -- don't use this as a nil-contribution way of wearing a Remembrance Day poppy! Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Infill: Concentric looks good Notes: I printed this in translucent green and red, opaque black, with two bottom layers, one top layer (so the infill shines through), 20% concentric infill (available in Slic3r). After slicing I edited the gcode to insert extra code to allow me to change filament colour, which needs to happen twice during the print. If you slice it like me with a .3mm bottom layer and other layers at .2mm then you will probably need to change filament immediately before Z=2.30mm and again just before Z=4.30mm. I say probably: it's best to glean these values yourself by using the Layers view in your slicer to see where the petals start, and again where the centre stud starts.
