Remix Base of Buck converter tool-less snap-fit enclosure

I liked the remix from FedorSosnin very much, except for a couple of issues. I preferred the solid sides (so no honeycomb on the side) I removed the middle wire hole, because it makes the ends far easier to break. I broke it once removing support material. Also I widened the tabs holding the buck converter down (took them from another model by the same source)
