Moustache45 designed the direct drive for Z122's head here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2559778 I started from his creation to "merge" it with Z122's centerkey V3 here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2478810 EDIT: I added a lever slightly modified to use an external 10mm and internal 3mm bearing (common in disco). Not everything is perfect in what I propose, but it's a new version with the potential for using six fixing screws by utilizing the reinforced centerkey. I could have kept this "creation" to myself without proposing it here, but you never know, it might interest or inspire you to improve it again.
