Remix Filament Spool Roller for Ender 3S1

Upgrade to my previous design https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5948071 that locks the spool onto the roller so the spool and roller rotate as one. I fixed a cone to the roller, added a keyway to lock a removeable cone and a thread for a locking nut. With the cone locked by the keyway spool movement can not loosen the holding nut. The roller thread is offset by -0.1mm so the nut spins freely for quick assembly. The cone diameters range from 32mm to 60mm so should be suitable for spool inner diameters from around 35-58mm. Hardware used is 2 x 608 bearings 22 x 8 x 7mm and 35 X 8mm threaded screw. Update 1: This rolls very easily and and I noticed that one of my spools is out of balance and at a certain point would roll forward half a turn loosening the filament. If using the filament runout sensor that has some resistance, the filament can spring back and off the spool particularly on a full roll. Update 2: I have come up with a better solution than a rubber band to control overrun. This design uses the head of a soft toothbrush in contact with the roller cone. The lock ring now has an internal thread and a threaded bush secures the brush holder on the lock ring. The brush fits into a recess and can be adjusted with shims if necessary. Not a lot of pressure is required. The brush is from a Sensodyne soft bristle toothbrush that seems available globally. I have included the Fusion360 file for modification for other shapes if required. The holder can be manually rotated after installation, if moving anticlockwise check to see that the lock ring doesn't move. The threaded bush should be barely finger tight only onto the holder, otherwise it could be hard to remove from the lock ring. Supports are required for the lock ring bayonet which will also place supports in the thread. After removal of the supports the threaded bush may seem too tight but an after bit of back and forwards should be ok.
