This is my version of this amazing project. I've made some small mods for adapt it for my needs. The most important is that i've prefer put the arduino inside the box, i've printed a small mount and i've glued it directly under the main trim wheel. It fits, the space is enought! The second mod is the rudder trim, for space problem, i don't like use the lever so i've done a small remix of the mount already remixed by Cavu6 made for a rotary encoder. I've adding the small socket for the lock pin of the potentiometers because i haven't an encoder in my house. Then i've to adjust also the base plate The next mods i want to do, on the right part of the main body.I wanna make the slot for place the cables, integrate the arduino mount in the same position where i've glued it now and also add the space for a panel usb port instead the passthru usb cable. I wanna add some holes for 3mm leds that indicate the position trims and upgrade all pots to rotary encoder for resolve the problem of the absolute position of the wheels with the Autopilot. If you use and the disengage it, the physical position of the wheel is not the same of the trim in the simulator. Thanks so much again to Tom for this project!
