Remix for all metal dual drive extruder

I have been using Acidounet's guide since quite a while but recently changed for an all metal dual drive extruder ([this one](https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B07WGGR8CL)). It was not possible to screw the guide directly and I had to find another way. I know there are plenty of other designs using the rod guiding bolt screws but I don't like this solution as I use to keep the bolt loose to address z wobbling... I came across this [design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3402207) which uses the wheel fastening and deciding to remix both designs.... here it is. I had to lift the top guide 7mm to align with my extruder - possibly needs to be adapated for other models.
