remix for filament runout sensor

this is an improvement for the cover plate and slider for the original design located here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4937795 I had trouble getting the filament to trigger the old z height sensor I had laying around so I moved a few things around to get the filament to slide and activate the sensor. I had to do some light sanding to even up the edges and to ensure I could hear the switch click when moving the slider back and forth. The slide has been shorttened and narrowed and the bearing axle moved closer to the filament. Also made room on the cover to accommodate changes to the slider. All other parts should be sourced from the original design. I also plan on using (hot-glue) a short spring from a pen to help ensure the slider opens the switch when the filament runs out. This might not be necessary but I figured it shouldn't hurt as long as I can get everything closed up with the spring glued in place. NOTE: This design uses a 626 bearing but that size was not specified in the original design when I initially did the remix.
