I redesigned the lid/ring as a single piece. I expanded the lid size to 193mm diameter, making it a full circle, and integrated a built-in ring that secures it into place. The ring stands at 6mm tall, initially I tried 3mm but found it didn't fit properly in place. This new design allows for assembly without glue, though I recommend using some kind of adhesive for added stability. The zip file contains the obj and accompanying files to open in tinkercad or similar software if you're interested. As for me, I'm not very familiar with 3D designing.
