UPDATE 10-Mar-20: Uploaded the stl for the ring. I printed 5 sets and they all spin pretty smooth. I may have made the tolerances a little too loose but overall I am happy with it. Enjoy! UPDATE 8-Feb-20: I printed 5 sets of these and number rings still dont spin well. I solved it by sanding the inside edges. So I modified that stl as well and need to print a test. Will update again with a model. UPDATE 3-Nov-19: I uploaded a new clip with looser tolerances so it "clips" in better. I also found that (for me) printing each of the sides individually yielded better fitment results. If anyone has trouble with it please comment. I have made 3 so far with the 2 updates and all fits perfect. The number rings need a chamfer on the internal edges, but I am struggling to edit the STL to add this feature. Instead, use an exacto blade to smooth out those edges and the rings glide and snap at each number like skates on ice. Don't forget to thank the original creator of this counter, https://www.thingiverse.com/Scottimus Remix of Scottimus's "Life (or anything) counter for table-top games" https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3351902 I absolutely love the idea of this design for an "anything" counter. BUT, the tolerances on the model are not ideal and do not allow for smooth operation of the number rings. So I modified the spring ring for smooth and perfect operation. I also changed the tube to not have the bumps on either end, so if you want to use plastic cement, you'll have more surface area. Also also, I adjusted the tolerances on the clip, so if you use that, it has easier insertion. I might remix this again to be bolt together but I don't currently have any m4 bolts long enough to do the job. All 3 modified parts were tested for proper fitment and operation on my Prusa i3 MK3S using PrusaSlicer-2.1 and printed with Prusa PLA. Your results may vary.
