Remix of 3Deddy's filament runout sensor with teflon tube extsion

I updated the 3Deddy design to accommodate the three counter sunk M3 screws provided with the CR-10 S. I revised all three files to accept the new hex plug nut. The plug nuts were printed separately at a layer height of 0.06 mm. To assemble, place each plug nut into its designated base and secure it with the M3 screws from the hex side. A clearance of 0.08 mm was used for the plug nuts, but I've also included an alternative option with a 0.1 mm clearance in case the first one is too tight.
