Remix of Bosch Colt Dust Boot to make one part

Remix of Bosch Colt Dust Boot to make one part

**Update 3/31/2019** I redesigned this recently in fusion 360 to make it easier to adjust the design. I included the fusion 360 source file if anyone wants to use this as a template for a different size router. There are quite a few user parameter variables that commented. I have not tested them all out, so you might have to fine tune some of the sketches. The 1st version of this new design cracked on me at the bottom of the bracket tightening gap, so I made this version have the crack all the way thru & made a gap shim to use while tightening the dust boot skirt. There are 4 files with this new version, **BoschColtDustBoot_V3_F3d.stl** , **BoschColt_DustBoot_V3.f3d**, **GapShim_V3_F3d.stl** & **VacPipeBracket.stl**. I left the other version here in case anyone prefers that design. This new design has the vac & router opening separate. My print time on this version was a little over 4 hours. This is part of my Openbuilds Sphinx 55 build. You can find my build log here: https://openbuilds.com/builds/sphinx-55-with-3d-printed-addons.7923/ I printed out the original design of this part & it fit together well, but my Bosch Colt had a slightly different dimension where the part press fit on the bottom. With the original collet nut that I am using it would have also been difficult to change the router bit without taking off the dust boot. The original design is very good & it is nice to have a design to start with rather than going from scratch. I just wanted a basic dust shoe for my Openbuilds Sphinx CNC to start with, so I reworked this design in openscad and made it one part. This remix does not have a cover on the bottom of the router, which might be very useful when cutting aluminum. I did make a protective plastic washer & included it here. Not sure how well it will stay on there though. Also I would check to see how hot your router gets before putting this washer on there. If it is too hot it might melt. An aluminum protective washer might be fun to cut on the CNC once I am cutting aluminum. I sized the vacuum hole to fit a 1.25" Vac hose. You can change that in the variable **Vac_ID** in the openscad file. The offset of the Vac connection is 72.45mm & you can adjust that +/- with the variable **Vac_Offset**. There is about 7-8mm clearance from the tool holder with that dimension. You can change the thickness of the Vac connection with the **P_Thk**. I had P_Thk set to 2.0 for my print, but increased it to 3.0 for submitting here since it seemed to need more strength there. There are a number of other variables. Some you can change easily, but others you might have to adjust the code more for them to work right.
