Some minor change to front (there are two versions, with and without logo) and added slot for flat cable(s) in the lower side. A brand new back cover (I don't like open spaces...) with 4 columns in order to screw cover and LCD12864 all together, deep enough to fit EXP1 and EXP2 connectors. Redesigned the support to fit on a V-slot rail 20x20 or 20x40. Print Settings Printer: Geeetech Prusa i3 Pro B Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: Base and arm 100%, front and back 30% Notes: I've printed all in HIPS (IMO it's better than ABS), but PLA is good too. Print all items as seen in images but front cover, printed face down. Post-Printing Update Feb 17 Due to high tolerance of original design and poor correspondence of my chinese LCD12864, once printed front panel I had to apply these modification: lowered thikness of inner part of sides by 0.5mm made the coder hole 9.5mm diameter made inside square nest for coder thin by 1mm May be you've to modify the 4 columns length to suite your needs. Update Feb 18 12:00 am I apologize, I uploaded the wrong MOD_Back_deep.STL file, now I uploaded the right one. I made the back cover walls thin by 1mm to save filament and printing time. If a brave heart amongst you all would try it, I uploaded two new STL, MOD_Front_click and MOD_Arm_click (not printed and not tested); my goal is to achieve a more stable and firm positioning of front panel. Based on my experience, I'd suggest to double check PCB's holes, I saw there aren't two PCB identical; in case of little discrepances make use of self-tapping screws to accomodate disalignements. Last but not least: forgive me if my English isn't fluent as I would like. Update Feb 20 07:30 am Uploaded a new MOD_Arm_click_short, to reduce by many mm the gap between base and front; this way it's more stable when using knob. Update Feb 26 09:30 am Finally printed 'click' model and surprisingly the parts fit together perfectly! How I Designed This I designed the back cover and applied modifications with the old good Tinkercad, simplest than ever.
