Remix of Extruder_Idler reinforced bearing holder

Remixed this to strengthen the bearing holder by filling the hole. The bearing sits snugly so I don't use screw down to hold it. in fact, screwing it down then to weaken the base of the bearing holder. I have already broken 2 idler. Hopefully this remix last longer.
