It is a remix of the wonderfull Strong hinge by J-Max : A Hinge that can be printed in a single step. The main size is 40mm that fits general tapered head screws. the countersunk hole is diameter 4mm (1/8"). I needed a strong hinge with higher angular debatement. J-Max added lots of interesting details like the drop shape of the holes
