**5/24/2018** I changed the files a little to make them more flexible in scaling to a 75% scale. I also added some extra M8 & M6 Nuts with 2 different tolerances in case my default .4mm tolerance is too tight for you. The full size version takes a little over 2 hours to print the parts, the 75% scale takes a little over 1 hour to print. A friend and I were talking about this recently, so I decided to see if there was a 3d print design for it. I made a few minor modifications to the design that worked better for me. 1. Added threaded top for the slider so it would not come loose and made it M8 instead of the 5.7mm shaft for better thread fit. 2. Changed the Arm to allow for the larger M8 screw top. 3. Changed the Guide to bevel the top edges of the dovetail joints. I had to file the edges of the original design. After beveling of that top edge, I did not have to file anything. This is the thread library I used for this: http://dkprojects.net/openscad-threads/ If you run the openscad file, you will need to download this for the **Sliders_WithNuts_Rev8.scad** file. I used the M8 screw and changed the **Thread_Angle** from the standard 30 degrees to 40 degrees so it would print better. I also used a .4mm tolerance fit between the screw & nut connection. For the 100% scale version print one each of the following: **TrammelGuide2_Mod_Rev8.stl** **Arm2_Mod_Rev12.stl** **Sliders_WithNuts_Rev8.stl** Optionally print one of these if the nuts are too tight **M8Nuts_T5.stl** T5 = .5mm tolerance between threads **M8Nuts_T6.stl** T6 = .6mm tolerance between threads For the 75% scale version print one each of the following: **TrammelGuide2_Mod_34Scale_Rev8.stl** **Arm2_Mod_34Scale_Rev12.stl** **Sliders_WithNuts_34Scale_Rev8.stl** Optionally print one of these if the nuts are too tight **M6Nuts_T5.stl** T5 = .5mm tolerance between threads **M6Nuts_T6.stl** T6 = .6mm tolerance between threads Included are the openscad files & STL files and photos. Print 1 each of the STL files. I printed at 20% infill, but minimum infill should be sufficient.
