I help teach an Electrical class and we go over UTP cable systems. We have a bunch of the cheap strippers for CAT5 cable (similar to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4546010) but the blades aren't meant to be changed. We have a ready supply of Stanley utility knife blades so I figured I'd give the original a try. The only thing I didn't like was it was lacking thumb lever which makes stripping easier. You squeeze the lever open, put the cable in the appropriate slot, let the pressure of the lever score the outer jacket of the cable by spinning the tool, squeeze to release the cable, then pull off the outer jacket. It overall feels more ergonomic to me.
