Remix- PRUSA Face Shield DFM - Draft for Injection Molding - Remix

This is a derivative of the Prusa Face Shield RC3. I have modified the design to be manufacturer by injection molding. There are draft angles of 5deg on all faces, and no undercuts. Split parting line is on the mid-plane. It might be better to put the parting line on the top or bottom edge, I think this would be more comfortable to wear. This is a preliminary DFM. Please contact me if you are interested in molding this yourself, especially if you have equipment. There might be wall thickness and gating issues. I have not run a mold flow analysis. I work with ProtoLabs often, so you don't need to send it to them. Cost is approximately 10K+ for prototype aluminum tooling. If you have funding please let me know. I don't have the resources to pursue this myself. I have not completed this for the bottom reinforcement.
