Remix refined for 0.3 and 0.2 resolution

<p>I changed the bridge thickness to 0.3 and 0.4 (separate models) and changed the numbers on the side from cool to hot plus added one for PETG ( it does not bridge well, but it helps find the heat range ). I also legthened the little bar between the printed heat ranges to help define it more ( old eyes ).</p><p>The outer smallest bridge was changed to 0.2 on all models (single layer always).</p><p>I added notes on the side and top to remind me of the details without loading it in CAD to measure.</p><p>The notes are so small they dont print well, but it is only to read while in the slicer.</p>
