remixed idler for infil 3d v2 bowden
thingiverse
Here is my remix of the brilliant infill 3d v2 Bowden extruder, I basically modded the idler to accept a 1/8th bsp to 4mm pneumatic fitting to keep the filament straight and inline with the hobbed bolt. Mine kept escaping from the original guide. I hope this is helpful for you guys. A quick note: What I did with my print was use an 8.8mm drill bit to open up the hole, then run a 1/8th bsp tap through it (borrowed from dad's shed). But if you don't have a tap, the bsp fitting should be able to screw into an 8.8mm hole. If you're stuck without this or any other printed part, my hub is open on 3D Hubs in the UK. My Prusa I3 is well-configured and I stock ABS and PLA filament. Feel free to have a look at my hub: https://www.3dhubs.com/service/221480. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa I3 Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 30%
