Remixed short screw Ender 3 5015 fan adapter

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4492518 raises the duct work higher but not high enough for my fan shroud--the left hand duct still hang a bit too low and would sometimes touch the print. I remixed it to replace the holes that mount the duct to the fan housing with slots. Slots allow adjustment for variations in the housing that prevent the duct from fitting tight against the housing. The slots are a bit wider than the 2mm screws to allow for some slight back to front adjustment--washers are suggested to ensure a solid fit. I also enlarged the hole slightly for the 5015 blower. My blower (Winsinn) was a very tight fit. That made it tough to align the mounting holes. The enlargement solved that problem.
