Remixed Micheal's excellent rear case. Anybody can mod a great idea, well done Michael..... I made the following changes: 1. Re-oriented Pi so rear access to HDMI and power easily available. Pi has wireless mouse keyboard so I have full access to its capabilities. 2. Re-oriented SKV 1.3 so the USB access is via the gap handily cut in the frame for me by Creality. Now USB is accessed from the front (or not at all because I flash the SKV via OctoPrint). No unsightly USB cable dragging at the rear of the machine. 3. Two Buck Converters, one used to power a quiet 12v fan from Noctura, the other spare. 4. Twin 120v AC, 10A relays one used to control (via OctoPrint) mains power to the printer for normal and emergency power off control. The other relay as a spare for future use. 5. Moved the fan to the lid over the top of the Pi, (forced by the Pi re-orientation). There is enough airflow through the boxes to keep the 2130's cool (a 7 hour print at 40 deg C ambient caused no temperature events). 6. Also raised the front of the boxes next to the central cross member so air comes through the intended vents. Thinned the sides to 1.6 mm to give more room for cabling. Adjusted some dimensions so parts fit together without needing trimming. Added the excellent Enclosure Plug in to OctoPrint to control the relays and provide ws2812b led strip lighting in the X gantry. Loads of input/output capability left. Marlin 2.0, required by the move to SKV 1.3 also gives abnormal conditions protection otherwise missing in the Ender. Following the SKV 1.3 addition (with BLTouch which was essential to the following) I was able to: 1. Up print speed to 100mm/sec. 2. Obtain Improved aesthetic quality of the prints, no level shifting. 3. Run Stealthchop for extremely quiet stepper motors. 4. Reduce the fan noise. 5. Automatically turn off mains power to the printer when a print finishes. 6. Add safety features in case of abnormal heater/sensor operations. 7. Use Marlins Universal Bed Leveling for awesome first layers
