Remixed: Tooltime Racing Slash Wheelie bar

Tooltime Racing designed a pretty good wheelie bar for a no prep Slash, but I wasn't quite happy/had some other parts on hand. I redesigned the cross brace with threads modeled in, a different axle and wheels. The wheels take a standard Slash 5x11x4 bearing, and the bolts used with the new parts are all M3x12.
