Remixed TUSH for Monoprice Maker Select v2

TUSH for Monoprice Maker Select v2 and variants. I really liked grommel's spool holder, but I have a Maker Select v2 with different mounting hole placement than the i3 plus and I didn't have the larger bearings used in that design. Modifications to the original design include: - Relocated mounting holes on the brace - Resized for 608 bearings - Integrated the filament guide into a TUSH bracket - Resized brackets and knobs for #10 rod and nuts Parts list: - 2 tush.stl (3 if you don't want the filament guide) - 1 tush_with_filament_holder.stl (optional) - 1 tush_brace.stl - 4 knob.stl (optional) - 2 #10-24 threaded rod sections cut to approx. 6" - 2 #10-24 nylon lock nuts (for use at end of threaded rod in brace.stl) - 6 #10-24 nuts - 4 #10 washers - 2 M5x10mm socket cap screws (need longer than stock M5s to go through brace and washer) - 4 608 bearings Assembly can be seen in attached pictures. I used two washers on the #10-24 nuts that don't have knobs on them and two with the socket cap screws that mount the brace to the printer.
