Do you have a mechanical self-winding watch and want it to be ready for use at all times? If so, print and assemble this functional watch winder that will wind your watch while keeping it safe from dust! This watch winder idea came to me since I own a 40mm Lip Himalaya Hourglass. All the parts other than the electronic components were obtained by 3D printing. The model consists of 19 parts. As for the electronics, I used an Arduino Uno board, a stepper motor (28BYJ-48), a lighted ON/OFF push button, a switch as well as an adapter for the power supply. I also needed 39 screws (20 M2.5*8, 15 M3*16, 2 M4*30 and 2 M4*25), two hinges (20*12) as well as three ball bearings (Øint 8 * Øext 22, Øint 10 * Øext 26, Øint 15 * Øext 35) to make it work well. The screw heads are embedded in the walls. For the cushion, just print the structure and then glue foam around it. For the finish, you can sew a piece of fabric around it. I hope you enjoy this watch winder as much as I do.
