Remote Case Parrot MKI 9100, 9200 (Easier assembly)

This is a replacement shell for the Parrot MKI 9100 remote control, used with Renault Twizy and other cars. The original Parrot shell has the kind of surface finish that breaks down over time and goes sticky and nasty. The battery holder can easily get broken or lost. Replacing the shell fixes both issues. This is a slight modification of the excellent model: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3826457 To assemble the that model, you have to remove the plastic cap from the twist knob. This cap is quite firmly in place, and I was afraid to use too much force, for fear of breaking it. Instead, I modified the model for the top half of the shell, making the hole for the twist knob bigger. This allows the shell to be assembled without removing the plastic cap (just the rubber surround must be removed from the cap). The only part I modified is "Tapa superior", but all parts are included here for completeness' sake.
