In keeping with the original look of the front doors of the Original Prusa i3 MK3 Enclosure, this is a redesign of the front door hinges and front corner blocks so you can remove the doors when organizing or doing maintenance on the printer.

The upside to this design are the following:

The doors do not have to be assembled and screwed into place with the corners

Lifting the top off the base can be done easier when the doors have been removed

The height of the Lexan clear glass is not as critical to make the clearance at the attachment points reducing binding

The design incorporates the reuse of the existing doors and rear corner blocks from the original design. If you already built the Lack enclosure, just print these new parts and replace the front hardware.

You will need (4) M2x8 screws and (4) springs (spring from a standard retractable pen works perfectly) to complete the pinned hinge assembly.

Tip: Use silicone instead of glue to secure the hinge to the Lexan. This makes it easier to remove in the future without damaging the Lexan.
