Removable Tool Caddy for LACK Enclosure using MultiClip Mounting System

I used to use @OneTrueMyth's Deluxe Tool Caddy for my Prusa Mk3S. Recently I put it into a LACK enclosure, which isn't large enough to hold the tool caddy. Perusing the usual sites, almost all tool caddy models for the LACK enclosure mount to the legs, which I am not using (the bottom part of the enclosure rests directly on one of my workbenches). Plus, I really like the layout of OneTrueMyth's caddy.

I ended up remixing it, using @layershifter's MultiClip mounting system to attach it to the frame of my enclosure. Using this system, it is easy to remove the caddy without tools.

It features:

3 storage compartments

Side mounts for tools

2 clips for Sharpies

8 holes for Allen wrenches

Slots for SD cards

A large tray for small items such as nozzles or filament clips

(Optionally) One or more hooks for spatulas, etc.

If you like what I'm doing…

…consider buying me a coffee.

Print instructions

I printed everything in Prusament PETG, with a layer height of 0.3mm and 10% infill. I have uploaded GCODE for PETG and PLA.

Print the main model upside down. The Prusa is perfectly capable of bridging the large compartments. If you don't like the looks, use @OneTrueMyth's tray liner.

Also included are MultiClip anchors, to attach the caddy with two 3 mm screws to the side of your enclosure. To help with the alignment I connected the two anchors with a thin spacer that can easily be removed by hand or by using an Xacto knife, after you've marked the screw holes.

Also included is a small hook, for things like a spatula or nozzle brush. Use epoxy or superglue to attach one or more hook to the caddy's side(s).

The 3mf files and GCODE files are configured for a filament swap/color change at 2 mm. I you don't want multiple colors, just reslice the 3mf file in PrusaSlicer and remove the stop in the Preview.
