Rengoku Sheath

Rengoku Sheath

thingiverse

Sheath for Rengoku's katana from demon slayer. Modeled around the original "thing". Depending on paint and tolerances, you will need to adjust the size of the x and y, but keep the height the same. It has too much extra clearance if unchanged, so it will be loose. For example, I did some painting on the katana blade, so I changed the x and y to 90% and kept z at 100%. RengokuSheath0 is a tolerance test of the end, where that needs to be able to clear the entire blade. The middle of this particular blade is wider than the rest, so I would recommend trying this to start with. RengokuSheath is the full thing if you have a large printer or want to slice it into pieces yourself. 10-20% infill will work fine, too much more and it can get heavy. No supports needed, except maybe on the two end pieces. Rafts optional.
