My WD My Book quit working. I took it apart to see if it was the drive or the WD electronics....It was the drive. I tried to put it back together but I don't think WD wanted people doing that because it was about impossible. Figured I would look here at Thingiverse for a printable housing. I found yesimnathan's and I really thought it was cool. The electronics in my My Book were quite different. So I started from scratch in OpenSCAD. I think there are enough parameters to make a good holder for most versions of the My Book internals.
