Parts Used in this design ================= Alu Profile 20x40 Nut 5 4 off 440mm long 8 off 480mm long 1 off 390mm long (cross bar) The Alu profile sizes can be lengthend or shortend to fit your bed and print size needs. The 3D printed parts should fit to most alu frame sizes. (just remember to adjust the 8mm rod and lead screw dimensions) Profile is drilled and screwed together by tapping the 5mm holes in the end of the profile. Alternatively you can used brackets. 12V 30Amp Power supply. 2 off 8mm to Nema 17 Shaft Coupler 8 off Linear Bearing LMH8UU (Z axis) 4 Nema 17 Motors 2 off 8mm T8x2 Lead Screw and Brass Nut (Z Axis) 8mm Smooth Rod (4 for the Z axis) (2 for the X Axis) GT2 Belt and 2 Gears for the Stepper Motors 30Amp PCB Heating Controller MKS Mosfet 330x330x3mm MK2 Alu Heat Bed (effective 300x300mm) 8 off 608ZZ (8x22x7mm) Bearings 220V Switched plug for the Power supply 8 RJ4JP DryLin Bearings Zip Ties Various M5 bolts and M8 bolts (bearing carriers) for assembly
