I found the TUSH style spool rollers in the RepBox to be a bit fidgety. While holding a spool and trying to slide them to align, I was always knocking them over.

Since I never have more than 5 spools in the box at a time, and the vast majority of my spools are all under 3.5" wide, I decided to make a bunch of individual spool rollers that run the entire length of the box.

This allows me to just drop a spool onto one of the 5 sets, no alignment needed.

The rollers use the original bearings. Bearings should press in, I used a threaded rod with some washers and nuts to press the bearings in, they were tight.

You'll need to print 20 of the Roller-ends, and 10 of the Rollers.

I've included the Fusion files in case someone wants to enhance the design, or needs to tweak the clearances for their box.

Note that this was designed for the v1/1.5 RepBox. I believe the newer v2 is larger, and may have a different bottom panel. I have no idea if these will work in the new RepBox.
