Mounts to allow for safe stacking of Repkord Repboxes on top of each other. Since Repkord has discontinued the Stax mounting kit, I needed a method of safely stacking my two Repboxes atop on another.

The mounts come in front and back pieces for the left and right sides. The parts are NOT interchangeable. You can glue together if you wish. However, I found the finger joints provided sufficient rigidity without gluing.

In addition to the printed parts, you will need eight #8 one inch self-taping wood screws. The original screws are not long enough with the additional width of the mounting bracket.

My two Repboxes have slightly different wall thicknesses. So I also created a shim to fill in the gap. Print as many shims as you feel you need. I used two per side on the top box in the photos.

These mounts have only been tested with the Repbox 2.3.1 versions. I have no idea if they will work with earlier (or later) versions or not.

I printed with PLA using a .06 nozzle. However, the gcode is for a .04 nozzle as that is the only nozzle most people have. I printed with brim and smart supports on the four overhangs. Neither may be necessary, but I hate to do reprints because of failures!

If anyone would like to take on the challenge of making the front edges conform better tot he actual shape of the Repbox, send me a message and I'll share the TInkercad file with you. It proved to be beyond my meagre design capabilities.
