You can print out 16 half spacers or sleeves and order 8 new bronze bushings from BronzeBushings,http://www.bronzebushings.com/aa-506-3-sae-841-oil-impregnated-bronze-sleeve-5-16-id-x-1-2-od-x-5-8-oal.html to replace your noisy worn out roller bearings. Update 11/9/2014- I had to update spacers to fit bronze bushings from the site listed. Also, you may have to ream out diameter with 5/16" drill bit to fit rods. Instructions Print out two parts for every bronze bushing. Slide both halves over the bushing to make bushing the same size as the roller bearing. Then replace on your printer. You will have to take apart your printer to replace all 8 bearings on your x and y axis. May have to take a 5/16" drill bit to ream out diameter to fit on rods. I have 2 printers and one set of rods I didn't have to ream out bushings but on the other printer I had to ream out with drill bit to fit. Or you can get metric bushings but they can cost 3 times as much. It takes 5 minutes to use a 5/16 inch drill bit and drill to ream out to the correct size. Make sure you test each bushing before you assemble.
